At Mamas & Papas, we want you and your little one to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return any unworn clothing items with original tags within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

  Place the items you wish to return in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain attached and the garments are in their original condition.

  Generate Return Label

  Visit our online returns portal to enter your order number and email address to download and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Return

  Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection via our logistics partner.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
